THIRD DRAWER DOWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHIPPING

These items will ship from Third Drawer Down USA LLC warehouse located in Los Angeles, California.

•     Minimum orders are $300. For our new customer we will accept the first order below $300, to let you have a nibble of our tasty art products.

(Applicable in US only).

•     Free Shipping for Orders over $1500

•     $80 shipping charge for Orders $751 up to $1499

•     $70 shipping charge for Orders $501 up to $750

•     $55 shipping charge for Orders $300 up to $500

•     $45 shipping charge for Orders for $299

•     All giant resin objects (stools and planters) will require extra shipping costs of $20 each.  Giant Icecream plastic planters are $10each.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE - Please contact us if you want to pay for insurance, packages are by default uninsured and we cannot assume liability for loss. For Free shipping listed above, we use Fedex - we can quote on USPS / DHL / UPS options on request but freight will not be free

CASE PACKS

We hope our case packs sizes are a good fit for you. If you want smaller case packs, talk with us, as we can tweak/twerk it - as we love both small and large retailers.

ORDERING

1. We accept direct bank transfer, Paypal and checks - (sorry Canada - orders incur a 2.4% credit card or Paypal fee)
   
   
2. Prices are in USD

3. All orders are PREPAID only, unless approved by Third Drawer Down USA LLC for 30 day credit terms.

4. Overdue invoices incur a 5% late fee over the approved credit term for account holders.

5. For any back ordered items we will send these at a later date or as requested by customer.

6. Items are not sold individually, but we can tweak our case packs if you twist our rubber arm! 6. Prices may change without prior notice

7. Prices do not include state taxes.

8. We do not hold orders placed with a future date longer than 60 days unless new collection or approved by us. You can’t say we don't try!

9. Should you receive faulty items, please send images and a damage report across a week upon receiving the items.

RETURNS POLICY

1. No returns can be accepted without prior approval from THIRD DRAWER DOWN USA LLC and not after 30 days from the invoice date.
2. All returned goods must be in SALEABLE CONDITION that is at the discretion of THIRD DRAWER DOWN USA LLC.
